Hot in the Desert? Take a picture and have some Sushi!

I was talking to my friend Anna, and she asked: “Have you been to Phoenix?”

I said: “Yeah, I did a TV interview there about hypnosis and my book a few years back. It’s great!”

She said: “Have you done anything touristy around there?”

I said: “All kinds of stuff! Arizona’s a beautiful state. What do you want to know?”

She said: “I have an extra day to drive around. What would you see?”

I said: “Only a day? Horseshoe Bend! Hands down.”

She said: “Why?”

And I showed her some of the picture’s I took.

I said: “From Phoenix – it’s about a 4-hour drive and a 30 minute walk from the highway – and you’ll never see anything like it!”

She said: “What about food?”

And I said: “Check out the Blue Buddha Sushi Lounge in a little town called ‘Page’. It’s about 10 minutes up the road. I was pretty surprised there was a Sushi restaurant in the middle of the dessert – and considering the nearest ocean is almost a thousand kilometers away – I was also skeptical. But the Sushi was great!”
